How do you access my home?

Most clients give us a key. We keep keys locked away safely at our company. If you prefer to always be there that’s also fine! We’ll enjoy your company.

What is your payment method?

Most clients pay electronically. We kindly request payment is made on the day of service as we cannot offer credit.

How many hours of service will I need?

We have a 2 hour minimum visit. We’re happy to sit down with you and make a plan that suits your needs.

FAQs on Pets and house cleaning

What if I have pets?

Lovely, we do as well. Let us know if you’d like us to let them out or feed them during our visit.

Do you use harsh chemicals?

We only use gentle, eco-friendly products. We care about you, your home, and our Kapiti Coast environment.

What if I need to cancel or change the next visit?

That’s fine, we understand. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we do require 24 hours notice.
FAQs on keeping my cleaning service when I'm away

What if I go away on holidays?

We’re happy to put a hold on your service for 14 days without charge. To hold your spot for longer, we do require a 20% fee.

FAQs on monthly cleaning services

Do you do monthly visits?

We don’t offer this service at present. We only offer regular weekly or fortnightly services.
